What is the point of checking in online of customers have to wait over an hour? I got there for my appointment and a lady went on her lunch and I had to sit there and wait for her to return. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment.

I went in to get a simple cut, i have little to no hair and all i asked for was a triple zero or close to. Upon arrival i was informed "we dont have that, we are not a barber", this is something a. i already knew and b. cut the attitude. After i sat down the "stylist" started cutting my hair poorly and stopped when a customer arrived, im totally ok with that. She came back and started on the other side of my head, again all i need is a buzz. After she was "done" i asked did you get my sides and back of neck, quick answer yes. She then started trying to tell me we do nails, colors and styles which i know and really didn't care to hear. I left, went home and there were several patches and my neck was not done. So i decided to do my head by myself. Sport Clips...you can do better! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Went in to your location today and got a haircut. The haircut and experience were good, the ladies were all very nice. I was kind of surprised that instead of having a baseball game on or the playoff hockey game on your salon had an avenger movie marathon going on. I understand that not all of your stylists are going to be sport fans. However, the name is Sport Clips, so I feel like it should be on sports and not movies. Especially movies that have some violence when there are children in the salon. Not all parent's want their children to see people holding guns up to other peoples heads. I hope that in the future you will talk with your team members and going forward it will be on what is advertised in your name. Thank you.
